Impossible..

Always thinking you can't do something, or that maybe that "isn't your cup of tea" well let me tell you, I thought that about a lot of stuff but i've had long, long, amazing talks with people I love dearly and I learn something new every time. We are made to grow, to learn, to progress. We will fall, each and everyone of us. But we have those "bandaids" in our life to help us get threw those scraped up knee's and broken hearts. I know i've had some big bandaids in my life, and some small ones that are exactly what I need at that time. I'm so glad we have those experiences in our lives that make us love what we have that much more. It's been a crazy life so far, and I am loving every day of it. Somethings are tear shedders, and some bring tears cause of the happiness. :] When something isn't going my way, I always think "There is someone else out there that has it way harder than me" It's so true, we are so blessed to have what we do.
I've learned some valuable things in my life. Who to trust, who to love, why we love, what we can do for others, how much a smile does for someone else, and you. How to be happy, how to take the good with the bad. Don't ever put yourself out there for people that wont appreciate it. Cause really, in the end the only one that is going to hurt is you, and that's tough to be in that spot. I've learned that lately. "Realize what's important in your life. What you can live with, but more importantly What you can't live without. Cause once you lose it, it's most likely gone." Don't stop your life for someone that might not be stopping theirs for you. You are so special, important and you need to be treated like that. True friendship is a big thing for someone. It makes your life that much easier when you have someone there that you can tell everything too. Your dreams, your fears, your happiness, maybe things that make you sad. They are there for you. No matter what. They aren't wishy washy about things, they're real. I've made some of the greatest friends lately, that have helped me through hard times. Boy, do I love them!

"I've needed someone like you, i'm just glad I finally found you"

WOW God knows e-x-a-c-t-l-y who we need in our lives, right when we need them! It's incredible his power to know everything about his Children. He never ceases to amaze me. I love him with my whole heart and soul.

I can't wait for this amazing pageant that comes once every year. It's the incredible story of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. It's the Easter Pageant, and that is what I love. Sounds crazy to say, but it's so easy to understand to see what he's done. It's really not even a tenth of what he's done for us, but it shows a little bit of what we are blessed with. Lately i've been thinking and I can't help it but say i love my Savior. I've learned so much from him. Praying to him, worshipping him, learning about him and just having alone time with him. It's incredible, wonderful, stupendous. It's a true Miracle, happening everyday.

I've been thinking A LOT lately. Ever wonder why you get an answer to your prayer that isn't really what you thought it would be? Like, staying home from Idaho and going to school down here? I've always wondered, and still am. I guess I need to find what it is.. Cause right now, i'm a little lost with life. I need to find it! I've just really noticed who i need in my life, and who i can live with out. I mean, everyone will always be in my life. It's just the whole, "who do you need and who can you live with out perspective". It's weird when you do so much for others sometimes, but yet they do nothing for you? Weird how life works that way, but what's funny that's what happened to the Savior. He had a life like ours, but we are nothing like him. And that's what I love. We GET to work to be like him. I think that's an honor to even be able to be like him in some way. The Savior is my Hero :]

This is what's been happening lately!

Live, Laugh and Love!

I dont even know where to start, all I can say is DANG! Life has gone by fast, but i'm loving every second of it. Different things have definitely happened. They haven't been easy, but they haven't been hard. I guess it's been more of a challenge. Glad it is, cause thats what I love. Lost friends, made friends, got closer w/friends. Found the little things in life that make me happy, the things that make me sad. Lately i've realized how lucky we are to have what we have. I've got everything a girl could ever want. I know that i'm SO blessed!
Lot's of things have been happening, and it just keeps getting better.
*Dates
*Girls nights
*Game nights
*Dessert night
*Family nights
*Temple time
*Dance parties
*Birthday parties
*BFF time
*Sleeping
*Eating
*Loving
Those are only some of the great things that have been happening lately.
Still crazy as ever, and still love her like crazy :] She's one of the greatest people that has ever come my way. I sometimes think why, or what she's still doing around in my life. But honestly, I can say everything we've gone through has been an amazing time. The good and the bad. I've loved it all. It's been crazy, but nothing we can't handle.
She da best friend, ever!

Decisions have come, and boy its been a blessing!
I've decided to stay here in AZ instead of going back up to BYU-Idaho. It's definitely been a big blessing and lesson in my life. I've really been able to think and see what life really has to offer me. I'm happy with my decision. Somedays i do think why i'm staying here, but everyday there is always something that shows me why I am. It's been emotional to say the least. But i'm so glad that I could get stronger from this experience. I loved and do love Idaho, but right now its just not my thing. I've met so many new friends, boys and girls. I've gotten closer to my Best Friend and my Family. I definitely wouldn't take anything thats happened and trade it for the world, cause it is my world.

Simply, Happy!

We all have something to be happy about, I know I have more than 100 things I can be happy for. I'm so glad im blessed to be able to be here and learn from all my trials that i've been given. Makes me a stronger person, and thats what I love.
Its 2010, I can't believe it! I'm LOVING this new year already. So many new things have happened, new opportunities, friends, jobs, good days, bad days, learning days, chill days. And you know what? I can't complain with a single one of those. Why? Cause they have all taught me something incredible. I couldn't be happier with the days i've had. I just can't wait for the next ones to come!
I wouldn't be as happy as I am with out my friends. I owe them all the biggest Thank you. They are amazing, each and everyone of them. They have all taught me something new that I will take with me forever, I love it!
Love Love Love Them!
I love being around those that are always happy. I know I wouldn't be as happy as I am if I didn't learn how to be happy. I know, that sounds lame. But really if you think about it you have to learn how to be happy. You learn from others. I know that i've learned there is always something to be happy for. You dont need to go change the world, just smile at the world. Sometimes that smile on your face can bring someone else happiness and it just keeps going all around.
Love them for what you see, not what others say!

"The Best Things come in the smallest packages."
I always think the big things in life are what matters most, but if you think about it. We all contain one of the smallest things that carries the most love. What is it? its our Heart. I bet we don't think about it a lot, but our heart works the hardest. Between the brain and the heart you have to think which one is used more. We use the brain to think, but we use the heart to act. Or wait, is it the other way around?.. I think we use them to the same extent. We are given the brain to judge others, to see what we want to see. But thats when we need and want the heart to tell us otherwise. We need to let our heart go out to others. Help, want, need to be a part of someones life. That's really how we grow. When having love in our hearts and mind it really makes for a better you. We have our first impressions, and let me tell you. Mine are not always the best, they are usually weird. But what you see is what you get. When you meet a person you have to really stop and look for the inside instead of the outside. Just like a book. "You can't judge a book by its cover" Maybe you'll realize its the best darn thing you picked up. I know that half the people in my life wouldn't be in it if I didn't look at what they had to offer in the inside. The heart gives so much more than you can ever imagine. You just have to open up and let people in. I learned that from my best friend. (by the way) story time: I met my best friend kinda in a weird way. She dated a close friend of mine, brother. She wasn't always the coolest thing in my book and I definitely wasn't the nicest to her. But then when i went to party on new years we bumped into each other and i was a little afraid she would remember how mean we "kinda" where to her. But she didn't. She was so tender towards me and it really showed that we get 2nd chances. We exchanged numbers (sounds weird.) and then from then on just hung out a lot and now we pretty much do everything together. She has my heart! hahahahahahah but really. ;) I've got the best things that make up my heart. I have my family, the gospel, my friends, an education, hard times, good times, prayer, faith, love, hope. There is so many, but those are just some that I could think of. I wish i was a little cooler with this blog but i just like to randomly ramble and write. It's fun :) im so thankful for the small things in life we don't take enough time to just stop and really appreciate it. A flower that's bloomed, a penny on the floor(kari) a smile, a good hair day. Our hearts HUGE. Let it get all the love it needs so it can give it right back! :]
I have an obsession with people that do "what they love" because if you can find a handful of people that really do "what they love" this life would be complete. I know I feed off what other people do and im not always doing what I love. Ya, we have to take those times where we just have to suck it up and be happy. but maybe seeing that one person happy is what you love. So if that makes sense, we are doing what we love. Just not always in the way we want. I am totally rambling, its awesome. This is why i love the blog.
I LOVE everyone is this world. Ya, i don't know them but man they bring something to this world that someone else couldn't. I love the fact of knowing we each have that one thing thats different about us. That "special" thing no one else has. The laugh, smile, dimple, freckle, hair color, attitude, talent, abilities, generosity. We are all blessed with a different talent or definition that defines us. No one is the same description.
TENDER... is MY word.

Is it the end of BYUI? Nope, just a long break!

WOW is all I can say. This semester has gone by SO fast! This has been the best semester ever. What a life changing and growing experience. I've never been the type that saying bye has been easy. You get the chance to put yourself out there for people to love and to grow with and from. But then that time comes where you have to say bye. Why is that always so hard? I know that putting myself out there to make new friends, and to just have a crazy time hasn't been hard, but when it comes to saying bye that's the tear jerker for me. I put 100% into everyone I meet, so when its time to go a little part of me goes with them, leaving a little piece of me gone (for the better). It's been a semester that I will NEVER forget. I have gained some of the most amazing blessings. Those blessings I call; Friends. Each and everyone has been a blessing to my heart. It grows bigger and bigger everyday. I LOVE it. Each and everyone of those people has made a spot in my heart forever. There has been some challenging stuff this semester, but with the friends I made, i made it through.

Speaking of challenging situations, this semester has been a tough one for me sick wise. I had the "opportunity" of getting swine flu and walking Pneumonia. Let me tell you, its not walk in the park. I was out of school for a month and 23 days exactly. Pretty sad huh? Being sick really showed me how tender everyone is, and how blessed I am to have such caring and loving friends here. I had never been so taken care of as I was here. Everyone knew exactly how to take care of me. I did have to go a couple times to the Health Center to get I.V's. But I had rides, people there with me. I really had a personal assistant help me to my every need. It was fun, but I wish I could have had it with not being sick! :) I am so thankful for everything I have in my life. I love my friends!

Each and every person that i've met here has made a big change in my life. Everyone here has a purpose. It might not be the biggest one, but everyone is always changing someone's life in some way. I know that I've been so blessed with the people that have crossed my path. I am SO lucky to have the friends that i've made, and to have the friends I already had here.
i LOVE these girls <3
Having a picnic at the gardens with my girls! :)
You make new friends everyday, I love it.

These videos you're going to see is of me, my best friend and tiff. We got bored :)

I really have been so lucky with everything thats happened to me up here. I am surrounded by amazing people, their smiles, attitude and way towards life just makes everything so much easier to go through. I LOVE LOVE LOVE BYU Idaho and everything that it's given me. I've grown so much, and my testimony has grown more than I would have ever thought it could. I can't say thank you enough to everyone that has helped me in some way, shape or form.

*Here are just some fun pics from the semester*

Love life and it will love you back :] Thats been a big quote i've lived by lately. It's so true. Life is a "hurts so bad" kinda thing. Take it as it comes and just embrace everything you've been given. Embrace a trial, a situation, a happy moment, a sad moment, tender times. They are given to you for a reason!

"Sometimes God calms the storm; Sometimes He lets the storm rage and calm His child."

My LiFe Is WoNdErFuL :)
Wow has it been a roller-coaster of emotions for me these last couple weeks. It's definitely been a lesson giver and learner, and a blessing receiving kind of deal. If that makes any sense! I've decided that school drains out every single little thing you have in your body, until there is nothing left to take out from you. It's a hard thing, and no one realizes or gives us enough credit for everything we have to do, put up with, go through and just the every day kind of things we do. I have a special kind of respect for those that go to college.

I've learned something from each and everyone of the people that God puts into my life. I just love being at the right place or the right time. Smiling or saying hi to that one person that seems to be there right when you are might mean something big, you never know :)

I've found my place, my school and that's BYU-Idaho. I know that I was accepted to this school for a reason. That there is a certain reason why I am here right now! I know all the people that have been placed in my life have been placed there for a reason. I love everyone that i've met, and will love everyone that will be put into my life. :)
Only some of us are the lucky ones that get to have their Best Friends go to the same college as them. I am one of those lucky and blessed people. I dont know what I would have done with out my Best Friend here with me. I did have a semester with out her, and it was a lot easier not having her with me 24/7. But this semester I got to have her here with me, and it showed me how amazing it was to finally have her here. We did everything together. It sometimes got to the point when people thought we could be sisters cause we did everything and shared everything. I barely even slept in my own apartment, let alone bed.

I know that this next semester is going to be hard with out her here, and I know that it's going to be something new, and a trial sometimes. But I can honestly say, I love trials. Cause at the end of each trial is something bigger and better than the trial was. I will back her up a 100% of the way. She is one of the smartest girls I know and she knows what will help her and her needs first. It's just something I'm going to have to be use to, and I know that it's going to take time. But time is what we have :) I learned a great scripture from her. It's Mosiah 24:14. It really helped me understand that even though I may feel alone, I never will be alone. Wow, just brought tears to my eyes. Emotional wreck anyone? She just has done so much for me there is nothing I can do to explain that to anyone. I just thank my Heavenly Father for placing her at that one place, and that one time. I've found my Best Friend, and no one else will, can or even try to replace her. Let's just say the whole phone call/texting isn't going to be the same as the 5 minute walk to her apartment. I'm going to miss her..

In LOVE with...... Life <3

LOVEEE! I am so in love with life right now, I can barely begin to describe how I feel. It's just this amazing feeling, and I never want it to go away. And it wont, I wont let it :) I dont know if it's because I am back in (What I call it) "Pleasure Town". Or is it the fact that this Thanksgiving break I learned so many new things? I think its both to be honest.

I spent a lot of my break with 2 Amazing people. The one above is my best friend Kari.

And The other one is Jon Hoopes! :]
~ I have the highest respect and love for these 2 people that are in my life. They teach me something new everyday, and thats what I think a true friend does for another. During this break I learned that it's okay to make mistakes, to hurt, to cry. Just as long as you have that shoulder thats always there for you! I also learned something from Kari. "Finishing out strong". This rest of the semester is going to finish out amazing. I am going to really study, not the one hour stuff. It's going to be the library and all the shibangs. Kari and I realized that when we go to the Temple we feel the most peace and thats when we can really think and have our minds open to anything we want to. We are going to go 2 times a week, when we can to just do baptism's or just to sit and think. Hope it wont be too cold :) I want to just live life to the fullest. I am so lucky to have my best friend up here with me at BYU-Idaho, but also back home in Arizona. She is one of my biggest Role Models, I look up to her so much. I just think its kinda funny how we have to wait for Thanksgiving to realize what we have, and what we are thankful for. Everyone should be thankful for whatever they have, even if its just the smallest of things. Cause really, those go the longest way. Kinda like eating your best friends sucker, but she bought you another one :)
I had the most amazing break though, it was filled with so many fun activities and seeing old friends, being with the family, long phone calls, going to walmart with Patty and Jon, hanging with Kari everyday, going golfing, bahama bucks, all the QT runs, In N' out cheeseburgers. The amazing food that was made by my amazing mamma, the fun birthday for my mom and niece. I had a blast. Can't wait to go home in less than 3 weeks.
*I love to see the Temple!*
I love being able to have a Temple so close to me. I know that we need to take advantage of having one so close to us. I can't wait to start going twice a week, maybe even more. I know with finals coming up, if we find time to just go to the temple, pray, have faith and really study, we will ace every single one. We are so blessed to have this temple, but also all the Temples around us. I really think they bring peace to the world. I love being able to see a church or a temple on all the corners of the streets (okay, but really..) It just brings me peace knowing the Lord is so close, and that we are able to enter into his holy home. It amazes me how special and lucky each and everyone of us is. :)
